ABS Sheet is in a wide range colors & grades. Sheets are produced in monolayer and co-extruded multilayer ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) sheet products. Combinations of 100% customer color virgin, virgin cap/utility base, low gloss (matte) cap/utility base, and custom color cap/utility base are available.

Acrylic, Polymethyl methacrylate, is the first choice in any light transmitting application. Acrylic offers superior clarity (92% light transmission for colorless material), and excellent weather ability (acrylics do not yellow when exposed to sunlight). Acrylics are UV stabilized and provide high resistance to breakage (17 times that of double-strength glass). Because of these characteristics, Acrylics are ideally suited for all types of outdoor environments. Additionally, Acrylics will not warp, Crack, Craze, or corrode when subjected to prolonged outdoor exposure. The unique properties of coloured acrylic material are:-

Acrylic Mirror is a high quality plastic mirror sheet with tough protective back coating, which protects against scratching during fabrication. Mirror grade Acrylic is 100 times stronger than glass but more lightweight, with polycarbonate mirror sheeting being 200 times stronger than glass and upto half the weight of an average glass panel. Acrylic sheeting is often used in marine environments due to is heightened toughness over glass and its higher light transmission. The standard sizes available are 2440 x 1220 mm.

Multi - Wall Polycarbonate Sheet has unique features like Impact Resistance - is stronger impact than regular glass and acrylic. Due to this feature, maintenance and glazing replacement costs are minimized. UV Resistance.

Using advanced co-extruded method, sheet is UV coated one side. This make it longer lasting against weather ability.

High Degree of Transparency and Thermal Insulation
