i) Compressor operated Booster pumps capable of generating pressure up to 20,000 psi.
ii) Hand operated Pump for testing at lower pressures.

In - process checks :
Dimensional checks at every stage of operation for end fittings under machining with the help of standard gauges & measuring instruments.

Dimensional checks of internal & external Skiving.

Controlling of ‘Swaging Dimensions’ / periodical checks with cut sections of Swaged End fittings.

Ensuring clean I.D.s of the Hoses & Fittings. By blowing dry compressed air.
