Frontline product support is offered by our distributors and dealers and they have factory trained man power to cater to the needs of customers. Kohler India service personnel have been trained in Singapore plant for servicing and repairing any engines used on Kohler Generator Sets. Extended services of Kohler India operations encompass the following: 1. Overhauling - Trained Service Engineers conduct engine health check, undertake Engine overhauls and put back the machine to operation at shortest possible time. 2. Annual Maintenance Contracts & Operation and Maintenance contracts - Dealers with trained manpower undertake AMC and O & M and report to Kohler in specific formats. Kohler team reviews the same with all dealerships on regular intervals about the performance of these contracts. 3. Periodical training for Distributors and Customers Kohler India has a full complement of tools and electronic gadgets for servicing all the electronic engines used on these generator sets. All Service personnel are equipped with mobile telephones so as to be quickly accessible to all customers with 24 X 7 Service facilities. Spares Support Kohler works on three levels of stocking of spares based on consumption pattern. Level 1: Dealer stocks the consumables, Essential and Critical parts. Level 2: Bangalore warehouse stocks essential, Critical spares and spares required for top overhaul. Level 3: Factories at Aurangabad & Singapore stock all the major components
