Sand Blasting Machine
Our Sand Blasting Machine is used for various applications like cleaning of molds, putting grains on the molds, preparing surface for painting, PTFE coating, etc. The machine comes in ready to use condition. The machine is provided with inside light for easy working for operator.
This machine is designed for heavy duty application and fabricated from suitable M. S. Plates. The upper head of machine is concave type acts a storage hopper, which automatically fills the main vessel whenever the blasting is stopped. On opening the air valve for blasting operation of hopper automatically sealed by auto sealed valve fitted inside the pressure unit.
The Chamber Type Shot/Sand Blasting Machine consists of :-
Pressure unit with conical bottom.
Blasting hose pipe with high bursting pressure.
Nozzle assembly having carbide tip nozzle with fitting.
Moisture separator to prevent abrasive to get moisture.
Abrasive regular to control abrasive flow.
Pressure gauge to check working air pressure in the vessel.
Safety valve to control air pressure.
The Machine is complete in all respect only air connection is required to operate the machine. The air requirement is 75 to 100 CFM at 90 PSI Capacity : The Capacity of the machine = Sands 500Kg, Shots 1000Kg.
These Tumblast Type Shot Blasting Machine are most suitable for small to medium sizes of components, on mass finishing basis where components slowly tumble on a conveyor belt & are shot blasted. They are available in sizes of:
These machines are most suitable for small and medium size of jobs like: Gears castings Forgings, Fabricated jobs etc. Since the shots are impinged from top and bottom side and the hanger with components rotate about its own axis, the components are cleaned from all sides at a time. The productivity of these machines is very high and it can be further enhanced by incorporating monorail type conveying system, so that components can be loaded and unloaded at exact destination points.
