Our Metal Pouring Ladle utilized for pouring molten metal and having mounting blocks located on each side of a pour spout and used for independent and alternate attachments of the ladle to either a left mount or a right mount casting machine to permit pouring molten metal from the ladle on an axis falling through the lip of the spout.

All types of ladles for C.I, SG-Iron, Steel in sizes ranging from 50kg to 10,000kg. They are straight or tapered shell as per IS - Specifications (BIS).

Our Swing Table Double Door machines are universal type double door machine wherein any variety of components can be loaded on the table either manually or with lifting mechanism. The shot firing being only from top side jobs are required to be turned to expose all sides to the shot flow. This machine is designed for heavy duty application and fabricated from suitable M. S. Plates. The upper head of machine is concave type acts a storage hopper, which automatically fills the main vessel whenever the blasting is stopped. On opening the air valve for blasting operation of hopper automatically sealed by auto sealed valve fitted inside the pressure unit.

These machines are most suitable for small and medium size of jobs like: Gears castings Forgings, Fabricated jobs etc. Since the shots are impinged from top and bottom side and the hanger with components rotate about its own axis, the components are cleaned from all sides at a time. The productivity of these machines is very high and it can be further enhanced by incorporating monorail type conveying system, so that components can be loaded and unloaded at exact destination points.

These Tumblast Type Shot Blasting Machine are most suitable for small to medium sizes of components, on mass finishing basis where components slowly tumble on a conveyor belt & are shot blasted. They are available in sizes of:

The Chamber Type Shot/Sand Blasting Machine consists of :-

• Pressure unit with conical bottom.


• Blasting hose pipe with high bursting pressure.


• Nozzle assembly having carbide tip nozzle with fitting.


• Moisture separator to prevent abrasive to get moisture.


• Abrasive regular to control abrasive flow.


• Pressure gauge to check working air pressure in the vessel.


• Safety valve to control air pressure.

The Machine is complete in all respect only air connection is required to operate the machine. The air requirement is 75 to 100 CFM at 90 PSI Capacity : The Capacity of the machine = Sands 500Kg, Shots 1000Kg.
