Bourdon Gauges are widely used for measurement of pressure from ranges 1 bar upto 1000 bar and above. The bourdon tube is usually made from a pipe which is either in C shape or Coil shape made from a variety of materials. ADARSH offer bourdon gages for a wide range of industrial applications for gaseous and liquid media which are non-clogging type. At ADARSH each bourdon tube is hand made from exotic materials, heat treated in oven at correct temperature to reduce the stresses, leak tested and all this ensures that the pressure gauge gives best accuracy, no hysterisis error and best reliability.

The Diaphragm sealed gauges are recommended where fluid is highly corrosive, contaminated, and viscous or may crystallize inside measuring system. The gauge above the diaphragm seal is packed with appropriate oil that transmits the pressure acting on the diaphragm to bourdon tube diaphragm, which is welded to the upper part of sealed unit. This makes it easier to separate the upper and lower parts, in order to clean the diaphragm without removing the gauge.

Pressure Gauge Calibrator
Pressure Calibrator or Pressure Tester is a device used for generating pressure for testing, adjusting and calibration of any mechanical or electronic pressure measuring instrument by comparison method. The pressure calibrator is used for calibration of pressure gauge, calibration of pressure transmitter, pressure switch etc. Pressure is generated by the pressure calibrator at desired value and the device under test is compared to a reference instrument/test gauge to check the accuracy. An adjustment or calibration can be carried out by comparing the two measured values.
ADARSH AH Series Pressure Calibrators are available for ranges upto 1000 bar with Digital Test Gauges of 0.5%, 0.1% and 0.05% Accuracy. Due to the higher accuracy, lesser cost these are fast replacing Dead Weight Tester as a secondary source for pressure calibration. ADARSH Pressure Testers are available as Bench Calibrators as well as Portable Pressure Calibrators. They can be used at laboratories, workshops can use this for inhouse pressure gauge calibraitons or at site calibration and testing applications.
