A choke is used to control the flow of fluids and is usually mounted on or close to the Christmas tree. High pressure gas/oil, with abrasive sand minerals passes through these chokes at high speed causing rapid wear. Bean chokes contain a replaceable insert, or bean, made from hardened steel/ceramic or stainless steel/tungsten carbide or similar durable material.

ADCERABean Chokes are lined with a high hardness, abrasion and corrosion resistant 98.5% Alumina or Tungsten Carbide liners, to protect them from corrosive and abrasive wear.

WE manufactures a big range of bean chokes to match 'OCT'Type FC140, 'ThronillCraver', Gray Tool', Cameron' & types. These are manufactured with a precise diameter hole that forms the choke, through which all the abrasive/corrosive fluids must pass. Beans are available in a complete
range of sizes, generally identified by the choke diameter stated in 64ths of an inch.

Ceramic Ferrules are used at the inlet of the Shell & Tube type heat exchanger to protect the tube inlets from hot gas corrosion and abrasive particle erosion.

Ceramic thread guides are used in textile machineries to guide, to change direction, to twist, to control tension of textile yarns.

Since Titania and Aluminia exhibit high hardness, good abrasion and corrosion resistance, fine grain structure, yarn friendly surface finish, this makes them ideal choice material for textile thread guides.

Ceramic is commonly used as a mating ring together with carbob-graphite opposite seal face in mechanical seal kits which in turn used in chemical pump applications.

Since Alumina exhibit high hardness, good abrasion resistance & good resistance to acid and mild alkaline solutions. This makes them suitable choice for chemical seal faces. They are used in corrosive environments like acids including Hydro fluroic acids, molten salt solutions, and mild to medium alkaline solutions.

ADTUFF Chemical seal faces are manufactured in various sizes and shapes like DA type, L type, T type etc. They are lapped within 20 micron surface finish and polished within 2 light bands and ground to finish sizes as per customer requirements

Ceramic Welding Nozzles are best material for WIG/TIG welding, plasma welding and cutting.
