| Ointment Mixers
Vacuum jacketed mixers, also known as ointment mixers are ideal for homogeneous mixing and preparation of ointment and are equipped with double stirrer an scrapper with PTFE blades for better mixing of material. Planetory motion of stirrers enables better and faster mixing of ointments/paste in less time. Ointment mixers are provided with vacuum facility for de-aeration during mixing of gel based products and also have a flush bottom valve for material discharge. |

Container Filling and Capping Machines
Our range of container filling machines and capping machines are designed to fill flats with pain balm, white petroleum jelly etc. These machines are fully automatic with flat feeding, coding, online vision based checking system.

| Pilot Plant
Our pilot plants offer sophisticated tools for extensive Research and Development of pharma, cosmetics, soaps and detergent products. Over the years, we have successfully developed several products such as creams lotions, gels, ointments, tooth pastes, soaps, medical preparations and food products for our clients. Apart from this, we also offer pilot plants for wide varieties of products like toilet soap, detergent bar and powder with the help of Sigma mixer, triple roll mill, plodder, cutting and stamping machine.
Salient Features:
- All the vessels are jacketed and insulated
- Vessel is provided with safety valves, vacuum gauge
- Main mixer would be of becomix type, gate type or contra rotary type Anchor for the main mixer and high speed emulsifier are provided with suitable
- Mechanical seal to ensure adequate vacuum for the process
- Facilitated with bottom mounted inline high speed emulsifier
- Online digital temperature measurement for the product and jacket of all the vessels
- Agitators would be provided variable frequency drive to facilitate desired mixing speed requirement (Optional)
- Material transfer by vacuum. No manual handling
- Suitable filtration system would be provided in transfer lines
- The plant is GMP compatible
- The Pilot plant delivers 99.5% process accuracy which would be helpful during process validation and scaling up for regular production
- Working platform is provided as an optional attachment
- Required nozzles are provided in the vessel and jackets for vacuum, steam, cooling and chilling water application
- Pre dispatch pressure test ensures vessel safety and statutory compliance
- Material contact points are made up of SS316 / SS304 as per customer needs
