| Rubber Moulding Machine This rubber moulding machines are used to check the rubber bond strength of metallic bush with rubber moulding. The force exerted by Hydraulic Cylinder is co-related with deflection in Bush. The least count of force is 1 Kg and for deflection is 0.1 mm. It can be used as a 100% quality test.

Transfer Moulding Machine This is a hydraulic transfer molding machine, with bottom clamp and top injection. Transfer molding machine is a PLC controlled machine, with PID temperature controllers, for precise temperature management. Clamping force 10 tons and injection force 7 tons. Models with 15 ton clamp and 10 ton injection are also in our range. We can also offer top clamp and bottom injection. | |

Hydraulic Press This machine is a down stroke hydraulic press with guided paltten, for auto mobile assembly jobs and can also be used for making laminates etc, platten heating with electrcal heaters or steam can also be provided. Range upto 100 tons have been developed. It runs on motoriesd power packs, in semi and fully automatic mode. Two hand safety system can be added on request. We can give upstroke presses also, depending upon your application.

| Crimping Press This is a 100 ton capacity crimping press for metallic bushes for automobile bushes with rubber moldings. The purpose of crimping press is to relieve the stresses developed post curing of rubber and the final outer dia size finalisation. Machine is run in auto mode with auto ejection, loading and unloading of components is manual. It has a very high production rate and other models for bigger size of Bushes can also be developed, We have other machines related to this product line. Like bond strenth testing machine and spray painting machine is for cam lack and adhesive for inner as well as for the outer surfaces. |
Coating Machine This coating machine is used for spray teflon coating of utensiles as shown in the picture. We have made spray painting machines for various industrial applications. Fully automatic palnt with converised heating etc are also available. Our wide range of coating machines are widely used in railways, ordinance factories, automobile industry and many others.
