Available with us is a range of Fully Automatic Horizontal Bandsaw Machines that has a base, frame and & stock table that are fabricated from heavy weld steel & is torsion & vibration free. To effectively cut steel as well as non ferrous material, the cutting speed is step drive. To facilitate the use of Bimetal Bandsaw Blades, the blade speeds are available from 24-to 100-m/min. High-speed cutting gives faster cutting 4 to 5 times more, as compared to the conventional blade. It ensures minimum material wastage as the work piece length accuracy of -0.25 mm. can be achieved. To provide maximum safety & prevent accident, the machine is fully protected.
To offer easy operation, the machine is provided with a centralized control panel placed within operators reach. It has a fully automatic operation and once the required quantity is set on counter & machine is started, the machine stops automatically after completion of preset quantity. The saw operates with the help of a roller system and solid carbide inserts.

It has a capacity to cut up to 250 mm to 300 mm diameter and is designed for use of Bi-metal Bandsaw. This range of Bandsaw Machine is used for cutting bars in bundles, tubes & different profiles. Our clients can avail from us a range of horizontal high speed metal cutting Bandsaw Machines that has a semi automatic operation. Having a swing type in construction, it has a capacity of upto 245 mm. the base and frame of the machine are manufactured using heavy weld steel & is torsion & vibration free.
To get 4 speeds in 2 ranges, i.e. a high range from 40 to 100 mts/min., & low range from 20 to 50 mts/min, the machine is equipped with stepped pulleys. However, there is an option of an infinitely variable speed drive from 24 to 100 mts/min. to help in setting the length, the machine is provided with a sturdy swing type Bar-stop and the bar feeding has to be done manually.
This SBM-245 model of Semi Automatic Bandsaw Machine is extremely cost-effective and is ideal for using in small industries and for cutting a diverse array of small batch quantity steels as well as non-ferrous materials. To prevent accidents and provide maximum safety, the machine is fully protected and the saw has a centralized control panel that is placed at a convenient position that is well within the operators reach and a power driven wire brush for chip removal.
The machine is provided with hydraulic vice clamping & automatic arm lifting arrangements that help in reducing the fatigue of the operator. To set the cutting rate, the machine is equipped with a Feed Force Dile. To accurately guide the saw, there is a Roller Guide System and in addition, Solid Carbide Inserts. By providing correct tension, the blade can be tightened conveniently.
