Apart from these, we are also catering wooden doors, windows and other woodwork that are manufactured using seasoned and chemically treated teak, shesham and mango wood. We follow stringent quality norms for our range of handicraft items that ensures to meet industrial standard for accuracy, efficiency and quality.
In order to meet the time frame of completion of bulk orders, we have with us hi-tech machines and allied workforce to help in the production process. Besides this, we give immense emphasis on the packaging process; we use quality packaging material such as thermocol sheets, foam sheets, corrugated paper, air bubble sheets and nine ply cartoon box as per customers preference. With our rich expertise, we are catering to the markets of Europe, France, UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Spain, Denmark and Australia.
We are successfully managed under the able guidance of our CEO, Mr. Shikhir Saini, who is a B.E (Bachelors of Engineering) holder in the field of Information Science (ISC) and has an experience of 4 years with the export industry. Moreover, he has also worked for 3 years with a reputed IT firm and enabled us to establish a strong foothold for ourselves in this domain. |

At our quality control unit, we have advanced machines and tools that help us ascertain the quality of the handicraft items. Our team of experienced quality analysts takes utmost care and ensures that our production process right from checking of raw material to final shipment of our consignments confirm to industrial standards and norms. At first, they treat the wooden logs, beams and planks with copper chrome arsenate in a high pressure chamber and then these are seasoned & kiln dried to ensure moisture level between 8-12%. Further, the final products are stringently tested on following parameters:

Finishing.

InfrastructureWe are backed by a state-of-the-art infrastructure, which is spread across an area of 2000 square feet. It is segregated into different sections that enable us to design and store our bulk range of indoor home decorative items in an organized manner. Our well-developed manufacturing unit is equipped with all the intricate designing tools and machines that aid us in designing and developing our product effectively. All these machines are proficiently managed and maintained by our talented workmen to ensure smooth production process. Our well defined in-house designing unit is installed with latest CAD/CAM software that aids us in designing and developing our range of handicraft items in precise manner. Besides this, we have a testing unit, where our wooden items are stringently tested on certain parameters to maintain the quality standard.
