Instructions for Installation of Magnetic Sensor Type M.S-1
Fix the power supply (consisting of Transformer, Relay & A.C -D.C Convertor), inside the control panel.

Ensure that the reflecting hook connected to all the shuttles moves freely whenever thread connected to it breaks.
The sensor should be positioned in such a way that the distance
between the magnetic sensor & the magnet embedded insiide the
reflector hook shall not be at a height less than 3" not nore than 4.5"
and the horizontal distance between thr edge of the photocell &
center of magnet should not be less than 1.5" to 2" depending upon the
tension of wrap tape.
Rotate the loom through inching and ensure that the sensor does not
get triggered by any of the magnets embedded inside the reflector hook
(please refer para 4 ). Press 'ON' button and run the machine for a few
minutes to ensure that the wrong triggering does not take place.
Rotate the loom through inching and bring magnet (embedded inside
the reflector hook) of any one shuttle in to a position similar to
taht after weft breakage and see that the magnetic sensor is triggered. Repeat this with all the other remaining three shuttles and ensure
that the sensor triggers when the magnet is brought to a position
similar to that after weft breakage.
When the sensor is conneted to the power supply RED LED will light
up & when the sendor is triggred by the magnet a green LED (on top
of sensor) will light up.
Do not bring any magnetic material nearer to the magnetic senosr as it may result in wrong triggering of the sensor.
