Quality of Manufacturing & Testing Infrastructure.
The Company's manufacturing and test facilities is the envy of any multinational company. Requirement of additional equipment is identified during the "design" stage itself. It is ensured that the product is tested under the simulated condition of environment & loads. All testing equipments are duly calibrated periodically.
Quality of Documentation & Implementation Systems.
Detailed & adequate documentation is prepared at the design stage. Various software simulation packages are applied during the design stages to ensure complete analysis of the system under various operating conditions. Use of dedicated software ensures automatic generation of documents based on the parameterisation technique. The design & documentation is backed up by various CAD Systems.
Apart from a standard quality assurance plan for each product / process, a project specific plan is prepared against each customised order.
These quality plans define the major processing & verification activities, at various stages of production. To achieve the required quality, requirement of any additional equipment is identified at this stage itself.
Suppliers as our Partners
We treat our suppliers as our partners in achieving of our Quality goals. We work very closely with them & wherever considered necessary, proper equipment is provided for ensuring correct manufacturing & test processes. Training of Vendor's personnel is also a major point of interaction. We are presently working towards self certification of our suppliers, which would help reduce the costs at both ends.
Training of Personnel
Training is considered as one of the most important elements of the quality initiative. This is imparted in areas covering enhancement of technical proficiency, job knowledge, inter - personal skills, managerial skills, etc.
Personnel are also sent overseas to the collaborator's premises. All new recruits undergo an induction phase, apart from being trained in the specific knowledge areas.
Training is an ongoing & continuous process and forms an important element of the annual quality plan.
Continual Improvements
An annual quality plan is prepared and deployed at the beginning of every financial year. This plan is derived out of the company's mission and objectives, bearing in mind the current business requirements.
