About Us

Started in 1977 as the Industrial Electronics and Power control division (IEPC) of M/S Advani Oerlikon Ltd. (AOL).

APL was born in Jan'95 with the objective of separating out IEPC operations with specific growth initiative from AOL.

An era of outstanding accomplishments in the field of Power Electronics for over two decades, marks the emergence of Ador Powertron Ltd. as a full-fledged Industry Solutions Provider in the new millennium. Having designed, manufactured and commissioned complex power electronics equipment for various industries, Ador Powertron has the competence today to cater to requirements that call for advanced technology solutions, addressing diverse market segments. Most of these power electronics equipment have been custom-designed along with microcomputer based controls for core industries such as Thermal Power, Iron and Steel, Cement, Battery Manufacturers, Chemical and Fertiliser, Atomic Energy Centres, Test/Research Centres, Railways, Telecom and Automobile among others.

As a member of the ADOR Group, of which Advani-Oerlikon Ltd. is the flagship company, Ador Powertron draws upon the strengths and reputation of its corporate base to direct market forces to its advantage.
