Construction:

The selected filter media which is stitched together with M.S., S.S.,GI, AL or HDPE mesh and crimped to form into deep folds for maximum filtration area, minimize pressure drop and maximum dust holding capacity which is directly related to life, efficiency and operating cost. Media is assembled in SS, AL, GI, MS painted wooden, carton casing/frame and separated with SS/MS rods or SS/AL spacers for better holding of filter media and uniform distribution of air flow. Suitable sealing i.e. epoxy, foam, polyurethane solution from inside to prevent leak. Rubber or felt is provided on the flanges to provide air tight fittings.

Pre-filters:
Generally used in any central air handling units, suitable for intake system for compressor, generators and other intake air systems.  These are available in different microns from 10 to 50 & efficiency from 80 to 95%.

Fine filters:
In air conditioning, ventilation, intake air system of FBD machine & also as pre filter to HEPA filters, such filters are used. These are normally available in 3 & 5 microns & efficiency upto 99%.

Pocket filters:
For machinery intake and spray paint booths this filters are used. In all efficiency level ranging from 60% to 97%, these filters are available.

HEPA filters:
We offer these high efficiency particulate air filters for very fine filtration in bio technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food processing, manfiber industry and hospitals. High efficiency ultra fine glass fibre media is finely folded between aluminium separators and available in efficiency of 99.97% down to 0.3 microns.

Our compressed air and gas line filters(oil removal) are the ultarfilters which remove oil and dust particles that are mixed with condensate. If these particles are not removed, it is highly harmful for the machinery and equipment in the plant as it forms amalgam which is a thick viscose matter and gets struck up in airlines and offices in the pneumatic system and instrumentation. Our filters ate designed for 10m³/hr to 50000 m³/hr capacity and can withstand the pressure upto 16 bar in standard range and 400 bar in high pressure range. It is a pressure precoat liquid filtration plant incorporating special stainless steel alloy elements, having provision of self cleaning system. The coiled stainless steel wire forms a foundation for the deposited filter aid bed. It has high filtration efficiency from 5 microns down to 0.5 micron.
