Construction:

The selected filter media which is stitched together with M.S., S.S.,GI, AL or HDPE mesh and crimped to form into deep folds for maximum filtration area, minimize pressure drop and maximum dust holding capacity which is directly related to life, efficiency and operating cost. Media is assembled in SS, AL, GI, MS painted wooden, carton casing/frame and separated with SS/MS rods or SS/AL spacers for better holding of filter media and uniform distribution of air flow. Suitable sealing i.e. epoxy, foam, polyurethane solution from inside to prevent leak. Rubber or felt is provided on the flanges to provide air tight fittings.

Pre-filters:
Generally used in any central air handling units, suitable for intake system for compressor, generators and other intake air systems.  These are available in different microns from 10 to 50 & efficiency from 80 to 95%.

Fine filters:
In air conditioning, ventilation, intake air system of FBD machine & also as pre filter to HEPA filters, such filters are used. These are normally available in 3 & 5 microns & efficiency upto 99%.

Pocket filters:
For machinery intake and spray paint booths this filters are used. In all efficiency level ranging from 60% to 97%, these filters are available.

HEPA filters:

Our compressed air and gas line filters(oil removal) are the ultarfilters which remove oil and dust particles that are mixed with condensate. If these particles are not removed, it is highly harmful for the machinery and equipment in the plant as it forms amalgam which is a thick viscose matter and gets struck up in airlines and offices in the pneumatic system and instrumentation. AIl heat exchangers are required in various industries. These are used to exchange heat between two mediums (Hot and Cold) e.g. compressed air to water, freon to water , hydraulic oils to water, air to steam, water to steam, air to air etc. Heat exchangers are also used in plastic/ bakelite moulding machines, compressed air systems for diesel generating sets, refrigeration & air conditioning , hydraulic & other oils, water chilling, sugar industries etc. Shell and Tube (with and without fins) and plate type, these systems are supplied by Advance International fabricated as per various international and Indian standards. They are suitable for closed circuit cooling or electrical equipment using demineralised water and for cooling water soluble oil solutions in quenching tanks.

The shell side usually contains the process fluid and the tube side water from the town mains or a cooling tower, or an ethylene glycol solution from a chiller unit. In certain circumstances this flow arrangement can be reversed , but please consult us first.

 

TYPES OF HEAT EXCHANGERS

Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers:

Highly efficient designs, with shell diameters ranging from 4" to 50" (100 mm to 1250 mm) produce heat transfer rates up to 300,000 btu/hr. Flow rate are 25 m3/hr to 5000 m3/hr and pressure up to 200 kg/cm2

 

Benefits - The U-tube construction allows for large temperature differences between the tube-side and shell-side fluids with the U-tubes expanding or contracting independently of the shell assembly. This type of heat exchanger is well suited for large domestic water heating applications using either boiler water or steam as the heating medium.

 

Limitations - Because of the U-bends, the tube-side fluid always makes multiple passes down the length of the unit. This eliminates the use of the design on close temperature approaches. In addition, because of the U-bend, the unit cannot be totally cleaned when the tube-side fluid is dirty or prone to scaling or fouling.

 

 

Heliflow Heat Exchanger Coil Type :

It is a unique type of shell and tube heat exchanger. The tubes in the Heliflow are arranged in parallel , starting with an inlet manifold on one end , and terminating at an outlet manifold on the opposite end. The tube bundled is wound into a helical pattern. This coiled construction creates a spiral flow path for the fluid inside the coil.

Each tube is in close contact with the tube above and below it. The coiled tube bundle is fit into a two pieces casing. When the casing is tightened , it is designed to slightly compress the tubes. Because of the tight fit the shell side fluid is forced to circulate in a spiral pattern which is created by the open spaces between the coils.

A family of coiled, concentric tube heat exchangers, capable of handling pressures up to 200 kg/cm2 inner tube and 100 kg/cm2 outer tube. With their long single chamber flow path and high effectiveness, these heat exchangers are an ideal choice for sample cooling or vapor condensation.
