We have expertise in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Smartload -6000 - Field Mounted Batch Controller. These are equipped with explosion proof and weather proof unit with 6 digits preset and also have 8x40 character graphics & multiple languages LCD displays for the convenience of user. Further, to ensure better functionality these digital batch controller are provided with digital batch flow control with outputs for set-stop or modulating control valves.

Safe Area Batch Controller  - 869S Meter Micro

Our organization offers a comprehensive range of meter – Single board, Safe area Batch Controller (869S) as per the defined industrial standards. In our range the input from flow meters with dual pulse security acts in accordance with IP252 Level A, RTD and Densitometer. The volume correction is from 15°C to ASTM D1250-1980 or D1250-1952. Further, the multi-stage flow control with outputs is provided for set-stop or modulating control valves.

The Field Mounted Smartload (SL-6000) offered by us is the digital batch flow control with outputs for set-stop or modulating control valves. It is a 6-digit preset unit with 8x40 character graphics and multiple language LCD displays. It supports in-line proportional, non-proportional or sequential blending, up to 4 components

and additive control, measurement, verification and accounting for up to 6 additives

. It receives 24 digital inputs and gives 28 digital outputs and uses dual (redundant) serial data ports for communication. The smartload is a weather proof and explosion proof unit that is CMRI/ATEX & CCE certified to Exd, IIB, T6 for use in Class 1, Div1 Area. Optional components like Optional Sentry (Proximity ID Reader), Dantouch (Touch Key) Interface for local security and Single or Dual Arm Option are also available.
