Training Services

We are engaged in offering training programs for six sigma and other quality related trainings. The training module intents to develop and nurture the inquisitive approach of the trainees. As getting trained on six sigma takes time, we offer thorough guidance and continuous support through industry case studies, simulation exercises and live examples. The training program, spanning for three months, helps in imbibing the qualitative thought process in the learners. Our trainees can learn from the experienced trainers at their own speed. After the completion of the course, for the next six months our clients can avail support from our trainers and experts through phone, email, chat or even can meet them in person.

 

Our clients can avail lean six sigma from our team of expert trainers. The course structure is designed for 136 hours or two months in which we offer lean & six sigma training for 120 hours, 8 hours ISO 9001:2008 overview and ISO 27001:2005 overview for another 8 hours. The learners can also get the course on a fast track, however we advise that the course duration does not get reduced to less than a month. After successful completion of the term, our candidates are provided with certificates for all trainings attended. Even after the course is complete, our trainees get supported for another two months. In addition to that, we assist our learners in resume preparation, improving interview skills vis-à-vis lean six sigma & quality and provide necessary counseling for improvement.

 

With the assistance from our experienced trainers, we offer ISO implementation programs. The training entails providing all the requisite information about accreditation and certification of ISO standards. Capitalizing on the skills of expert software engineers, we offer training on software testing. The course structure makes the trainees aware of the each & every detail of the software development cycle. We train them to locate bugs in the software program and rectify those errors. A software model id documented to make the end user understand the program, ways to use it and its function. The details can be in the form of specifications, index cards or conversation that explain the way how the system functions. Software is then tested by comparing the expected model actions with the actual system actions. The deviation from the expected and the actual software program, helps in detecting the bugs or defects in the software program. The details are assessed in the following software development life cycle:

Project planning: it undertakes the detailed analysis of the following:

• Whether the project plan meets expectations

• Is it realistic or not

• If it has short tasks and regular milestones to track progress

• Does it have checking tasks such as reviews

Coding: under this cycle, the analyst has to check the following:

• Compliance with industry, organization or department standards

• Ample explanatory comments

• Possibility of easy modifications and maintenance

Testing documentation: in this final step of software development cycle, the following objectives should be addressed:
