AdvancePrinting Blanket is processed out of blends of Polyester and high strengthprestretched cotton and selected rubber which had proven effective overmany years. The internal carcass of blanket is a blend of Polyester andPrestreched cotton fabrics; gives the blanket necessary mechanicalstrength to give a very low linear extension when mounted on the machine.The outer coating is especially formulated to resist solvents and chemicalproducts used in textile printing.
Properties Of Printing Blanket Multi Layer Compressible Structure:
The Advance Printing Blanket due to its multilayer structure is stableand compressible. The compressibility of Advance Blanket is obtained dueto its complex structure, which has alternate combination of rubber andfabric plies.
Printing Surface: Advance Printing Blanket has printing surfacewith smooth synthetic rubber. Due to the rubber compound speciallyformulated, printing surface is resistance to all solvents and chemicalproducts used in printing. The rubber surface has high resistance toabrasion by brushes. Excellent affinity for all thermoplastic, permanentadhesives, results in optimal gluing to the surface.
Thickness: The thickness of Advance Rubber Blanket can bemeasured to a tolerance of + 0.1 mm at any point. The controlled thicknessof the blanket fineness and uniformity of printing.
Joint: The seamless joint of Advance Printing Blanket isabsolutely homogeneous and does not give any mark even in case.
