Plazcool Torch Coolant
Plazcool is a water thin low viscosity, non-combustible and heat transfer torch coolant. It is a highly efficient welder coolant for use in all welder torch radiator circulation and re-circulation systems. Plazcool is specifically formulated and recommended for all plasma, Mig and Tig resistance welding systems, as well as for all general industrial applications. Plazcool also eliminates the hazards of damaging mineral deposit which is built up internally during the operation. It lubricates pump, liner, gasket and seal thus extending time between preventive maintenance. Its corrosion inhibitors protects iron, steel, aluminium, brass and cooper components.
The rust inhibitors extends the life of the coolant and can re-inhibitate so its running life is more than other coolant. It has a bitter taste additive to prevent consumption. It is a Non-Volatile and Non-Hazardous product during the storage. Its thermal stability, conductivity and dielectric properties make a cooling liquid suitable for plazma arc welding and tungsten inert gas welding system. This coolant is suitable for hypertherm machine.

The manufacturer can also supply the automobile and HVAC coolant. For cleaning of the cooling system always use plazclean of APL.

Application : Plazcool is compatible with all other standard coolants and also with metallic and non-metallic parts of the equipment. The product should be used without any type of the dilution, means it is a ready to use so no mixing is to be taken before use. It is also completely tested before dispatch. For toping purpose always use de-ionized water. The product should not be mix with antifreeze coolant of automotive, tape water, methanol based coolant, and HVAC coolant.
