In addition the company is undergoing expansion to meet the provisions of UK - MHRA. Advik Laboratories provides pharmaceutical formulations that matches the international standards of quality.

Advik has following capacity of manufacturing pharmaceutical formulations with latest machineries having WHO - GMP certification:

• Tablets (Beta-Lactum & non Beta-Lactum)- 3.5 millions/per day
• Capsules (Beta-Lactum & non Beta-Lactum)- 1.2 millions/per day
• Dry Syrups (Ampicillin & non Ampicillin)- 20,000 bottles/per day

The above stated capacity is on single shift basis and can be increased, if the shifts are increased.

ADVIK laboratories is equipped with latest instruments. Strict quality control is exercised to monitor various quality checks of raw materials, excipients, packing materials, semi-finished goods & finished goods.

The manufacturing processes & batch manufacturing methods are validated by an independent Quality Assurance Department. In addition we have elaborate Standard Operating Procedures for all our processes. Advik Laboratories has been set up from the ground level with the avowed objective of achieving USFDA standards of quality.

The factory is located at scenic surroundings of 138, Roz-ka-Meo, lndustrial Area, Sohna Dist. near Gurgaon (Haryana) in India. This is less than 30 km from international airport of New Delhi. Advik Laboratories has facility to manufacture a wide range of pharmaceuticals formulations in Tablets, Capsules and Dry Syrups and includes antihypertensive medicines, antihypertensive tablets, antifungal tablets, antifungal capsules, ethical products, gastrointestinal agents, erectile dysfunction drugs, sedative drugs, corticosteroids etc. The total area of the plot is 8000 sq. meter & approximate constructed area is 60,000 Sq. Ft. with central air-conditioning & HVAC system fitted with Hepa filter of 0.3 microns.

The building comprises of Ground floor, First floor and Second floor.The factory's lay out plan was prepared by the company's technical staff and is in accordance with the requirements laid down by WHO-GMP / USFDA.

Demineralisation water plant: A multi bed demineralisation plant has been installed with RO and UV facility to provide demineralised water for the production process.

Steam: A boiler of 500 kg/hr is installed to provide steam to plant.

Air Conditioning & Environment Control: All the sections are provided with the seperate air handling units with the Hepa filters to control upto .3 microns and maintain temparture & humidity in various areas of manufacturing & packaging under control.

Compressed-air & vacuum: An air compressor & vacuum pumps have been provided to the areas where required.

Electricity: We have been sanctioned 500KVA electrical load from Haryana State Electricity Board (DHBVN Ltd). In addition, the company has provided 285 to 500 KVA Diesel Generator set, so that power is available in the event of power failure. A separate 30 KVA gen. set has been provided for other services.

All finished goods are tested as per specifications. We have made our specifications more stringent by introducing extra test and reducing certain limits prescribed in the various pharmacopoeia.

Only after the finished goods is approved by quality control department it is released for packing. All packing lines are cleared and checked by inprocess supervisors, quality control personnel in order to ensure that previous batch is not left on the machine or conveyor. Packing is carried out as per standard procedures.
