Coir Logs are strong, flexible construction modules of a compact roll of coir web covered by exterior mesh netting. It is used for the stabilization and re-vegetation  where steepness or high exposure to wave of currents causes instability of soil. It also promotes plant growth and microbial activity. In flowing water areas, they facilitate new channel alignment.

Coir geotextiles are available in different qualities and mesh sizes. These have the necessary strength and ability to hold soil in place and thereby prevention soil erosion. The coir mesh dissipates the force of heavy rains on run off water. Coir geotextiles also promote the growth of new revegetation by absorbing water and preventing the top soil from draining out. A range of different mesh matting is available, meeting varying requirements of our clients around the globe. The lighter varieties of coir geotextiles are a substitute for prompt erosion control in ordinary soil conditions. They can also be used over garbage dumps of mining rehabilitation areas. The heavier varieties can be used on embankments and slopes where there is none or very little vegetation.
