Capacitance Sensing Liquid Level Indicator

Capacitance Sensing Liquid Level Indicator

Designed for large, especially potable or pure water reservoirs at a service of public water supply schemes, our range doesn't have any moving parts. These indicators are extremely reliable and require minimum maintenance. Moreover, these products are basically designed to avail remote monitoring. These liquid level indicators are essential for large reservoirs because they are remotely located and level monitoring is not possible or is very difficult to personally attend the site & take down the level readings. The display of these systems can be installed 100 meters away from the reservoir by transmitting signals through cable. This 100 meter distance can be easily stretched up to 1.5 kilometer by employing wireless digital data transmission system through radio frequency. Level Switches

Level Switches

The conductive type is ideal for non flammable conductive liquids that have ambient to 100 deg. C. temperature range. These types have settable probes for HI and low level. Furthermore, the assembly is supposed to be immersed in the vessel through a nozzle or top lid. As soon as the level in the tank reaches to its maximum, the pump motor stops and vise-a-versa. Henceforth, the sensing probes receive alternating current, (AC supply) in order to avoid internal electrolysis process, and thereby the life of the probe is enhanced. This way, the the system also becomes virtually maintenance free.

Magnetic Level switches provide “empty” and “just before over flow” level status for quick control of the pump motors. This type of indicator consists of a magnetic float gliding on a guide rod, which contains magnetically operated micro switches. The moment the level rises to its ‘maximum’ or ‘minimum’, these micro switches under the magnetic float gets triggered.
