Aeon Formulations Private Limited is established with an objective to become a leading Pharmaceutical company. We produce and market high quality drugs,  formulations and nutraceutical preparations from WHO G MP Certified facilities. Our range includes anti allergics, calcium supplements, back pain relief tablets, dental pain relief tablets, film coated tablets, sugar coated tablets, allopathic medicines, arthritic drugs and others.

We wish to cater to all requisites in the core business activity of pharmaceutical formulations which includes product development, contract analytical development. Clinical services, marketing and contract manufacturing by successfully employing TQM System.

We would like to embark upon co-marketing opportunities with Bio-tech/Pharma fields both in India as well as abroad under Joint venture, Brand acquisition at later stage. We would like to have Joint venture/equity partnership 100% EOU in Bio-tech/Pharma sector.

Hasmukhlal Dhirajlal Vora, 58 years old having rich experience in Pharma Industry for nearly 43 years in various areas including marketing, procuring and introducing specialized nutraceutical preparations first time in India. He is the founder director in HDV Chempharm India Pvt Ltd and Treasurer in Hindustan Chamber of Commerce. He is also member in several Associations including Cosmopolitan Club and life time member in Madras Motor Club.

S. Venkata raman, 43 years old having experience in Pharma Industry for nearly 22 years. He started his career as a Medical Representative and worked in various cadres and proved his competency. He was a founder director of Burgeon Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd and was instrumental in bringing new combinations and was successful in their launch. His core competency is in bringing innovative combinations and training the field force and making them successful.

A.P. Vaitheeswaran, 40 years old having experience in Pharma Industry for nearly 19 years. He also started his career as a Medical Representative and worked in various cadres, proved his competency. He is one of the founder director of Burgeon Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., controlling manufacturing and successful in bringing Contract manufacturing, Government Supplies and Exports. His expertise in manufacturing is instrumental in the success of Aeon Therapeutics (India) Pvt. Ltd., and Dr. Miltons Laboratories. Apart from the promoters important key people are also the share holders of this company.

To become a major player in domestic market. To export drugs and nutraceutical formulations to start with asian countries, followed by African and latin American countries.

Manufacturing units are located in the areas which are free from toxic, obnoxious gases or other pollutants from neighboring industries. Our plants are approved for WHO GMP Certification and further scope for obtaining other regulated countries approvals.

We operate the best quality control and Analytical Research Laboratory with well equipped and sophisticated instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, Flame Photometer etc., The quality control system is based on the rules and guidelines of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) approvable by NABL. R&D Department is equipped to analyse new formulations with qualified and competent research scientists, who develops many innovations to meet the global requirement. The laboratory is equipped with advanced testing equipments and instruments and process control facilities.
