Established in February 2003 by Ruby and Anirudh Sachdeva, we are an eco friendly manufacturer & exporter of impeccably handmade products created from wood free paper. We are a 100% export oriented firm, making a concerted effort to market eco - friendly products and to bring about environmental consciousness through our fashionable and high utility, nature friendly products. We are also the members of Export Promotion Council of Handicrafts, Govt. of India. We have a young and professional team of artisans who create nature inspired designs that has won accolades from our global clients. We are also expert in paper machie work which is produced from the waste papaer cuttings and are decorated by our highly skilled designers. The basic steps of recycled handmade paper making process are quite similar to those in large paper mills. Our manufacturing process includes: Sorting & Dusting: The raw material, waste cotton rags, is sorted by hand to remove foreign materials like plastics, iron and dust etc. that would contaminate the pulp. Rags Chopping: The sorted cotton rags are put through a mechanized rag chopper that cuts the rags into small uniform sized pieces. In the past this process was done manually using a curved knife mounted on a wooden board. Beating: It is the most important step in the handmade paper making process. The chopped rags are converted into a fine pulp I a ‘Hollander Beater’ by mixing water.

We own our own well established manufacturing unit at Gurgaon (15 kms. from international airport New Delhi). Spacious, dust free and located in well connected developed area, we have 100% power back up and are equipped with all basic amenities for a friendly working environment. We have large production capacities for large size orders.

In a short span of three years, we have exported to several reputed foreign buyers hailing from U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, U.K, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, U.A.E, Australia & New Zealand. Repeat business is our success and motivation towards producing best of handmade expressions.

Printing being integral part of our papers & paper products, we have a long term contract with one reputed printing house, based near our production unit. Here, we enjoy efficient, personalized graphic designing, large production capacities, high quality control, sensitivity towards time lines and all at very attractive prices that in turn enable us to offer quality paper products at reasonable prices.

Inert chemicals, like rosin soap and alum are added to give the paper the desired consistency and blot free characteristic. When making colored and or textured papers, the color dyes and or textured materials like straw, hemp, grass, silk and jute fibers etc., are added during this process. The resulting pulp is ready for sheet formation. Couching: The wet paper sheet is then transferred onto a cloth or a felt piece of fabric, a couch, which acts as an interleaf separating the wet sheets. Pressing: A manual/hydraulic press then spueezes out the excess water from the sheets. This compresses the pulp adding strength to the fibre and facilitating the drying process. Cutting: At this point the sheet still has a deckle edge. The sheet may remain uncut if required by the customer. However, typically, the sheets are machine cut to a standard 22”x30” or 56x76 cm. size and then packed for shipment.
