• Aero Exports had a very small beginning as a "backyard" factory in the year 1992 & 93 that catered to few bookshops in the Gulf with customized stationery.
• Over the next 4 years the company built its reputation in this market. Its first major breakthrough was in 1997 when it received an order from the US. This was a watershed moment in the history of the company.The factory was suddenly exposed to quantities beyond its existing capacities.
• We worked hard, sometimes round the clock and continued to expand capacities year after year and within the next 3 years, sales of the company had grown 20 times over what they were in 1997.
• At this stage there were 300 workers working in 3 small factories in different locations and almost all work is done by hand. A conscious decision was made to place greater focus on qualitative improvements, automation efficiencies and customer services while growth continued at a brisk pace of 20-30% annually.

• In early 2006 Aero entered the Indian domestic market under the brand name "Aeroline" which immediately received a warm welcome. Backed by its now considerable expertise in production & tremendous international exposure the company has quickly established a niche market of customer preference.

Aero Exports had the honor of being awarded by the Chemical and Allied Products Exports Promotion Council Of India (CAPEXIL) - A Premiere Government of India body engaged in the Promotion of Exports. We have won this award for the year 2000-2001 and for 2002-2003.

We operate from a single factory measuring 75000 sq ft at Manesar, an Industrial Town on the outskirts of the National Capital New Delhi. Besides well-constructed factory, we also have storage godown measuring 15000 sqft that is strategically located near the dry port, to support goods in transit and another measuring 10000 sq ft for distribution of goods in the domestic market.

Our factory is a well-equipped with the latest machinery that are required in the production. We have invested sufficient amount of our resources in state-of-the-art Germany machine, with the aim to offer our clients time bound quality products. We use 200 big & small machines to churn out 35 tonnes of paper into stationery products every day.

• WILL Double reel ruling machine with Counter inserter to do upto 100cm Reel width
• 2 x Bielomatik Spiral Binder P348 with Coillock attachment

• 2 x High speed Reel to Sheet Ruling Machines Made in India with reel widths of 92 cm
• 2 x Hickock Ruling machines with reel widths of 100 cms

• 7 x High speed Automatic Guilotines Various makes
• 1 x VT Pad making Machine with capacity of 3000 pads/hour
• 1 x Heidelberg - 2 col printing machine size 28 x 40 inches
• 1 x Komori 1 col Printing Machine size 25 x 37 inches
• 1 x Kugler Womako Punching machine
