About Our Products
We manufacture a spectrum of products like axial fans, dampeners, spray booth grills, scrubbers, dust collectors, air cooling units and various other products, efficiently serving the power sector, petro-chemicals, fertilizers, automobiles etc. We have designed and manufactured FRP hollow fans that are light in weight. These were developed with the aid of a special computerized software NACA from USA. The FRP fans have features like more lift and low drag airfoil shape, high camber that increases the efficiency of the fan resulting in low operating costs and are uniformly twisted.
The raw material that we use like epoxy resins composites, ensure a laminated wall thickness with the help of pressure bag molding technique. This technique helps in obtaining a hollow blade and maintaining a center of gravity of the blade and an equal weight of each blade. |

We have an in-house mold making facility. The presence of this facility gives us an advantage over our competitors to offer our clients fan diameters of their choice. We also have latest machines for carrying out the following processes:

Quality Assurance Plan
Each of our products is tested for quality before dispatching to the customers. This procedure takes place under our Quality Assurance Plan that is specifically charted out to assure quality to the clients, be it our products or services. The fan blades are individually deflection tested, momentum balanced (of individual fan blade) and complete rotor statistically balanced tested.
