Air Handling Units

We are engaged in fabricating double skin air handling units which are known for its effectual functioning among our valued clients. These air handling units includes 2/24G G.I. pre coated or powder cooled sheets panels with 25/50 mm thick puf insulation and comprises:

High/Low static pressure blowers
Chilled water coils
Pre, Fine and HEPA filter

Our unit possesses fan section which is having multivane forward and backward curved centrifugal blowers mounted on tabular shaft which runs in ball bearing. The filter section has the easy fitting arrangement to fit HDPE Pre, Fine and HPEA filters as per client necessity and also offering maintenance door for filter cleaning and the maintenance work. Our coil section is specifically designed as per size of DX/ CHW for the system. G.I sheet is fixed in the surrounding part of the coil inside the AHU. G.I sheet is fabricated outside with insulation. Furthermore, these can be easily customized in accordance with client requirement and can be delivered on time.

Air Washers

Spray bank type air washers

These washers are supplied are offered in single bank, double bank and opposed bank. These washers are extensively used where saturation efficiency is required up to 95%.

Pad Type Air Washers

Fabric or Bag Filter

Cyclone Separator

It is primarily used for collection of the ducxt particles and as a pre-cleaner for the most efficient duct collectors. The inlet pipe is located tangentially to the cylindrical portion with the dusty air is introduced at the top of the cyclone. Thus, the gases is move down in the whirling motion forming a peripheral vortex and centrifugal forces rises with the result of throwing of dust particles towards the wall, which then move downward into the hopper and them removed.

Wet Collector

These wet collectors are specially used for the collection of small dust particles and for scrubbing obnoxious fumes. The dusty air enters into the inlet chambers and then it proceeds through the venture section. The dusty air bubbles through the water and then the water forms into the tiny water droplets trapping the dust into agglomerates. In this the larger agglomerates sink whereas the smaller particles are entrained in the water droplets which are removed while passing the battles.

Fume Scrubbers

Venturi Type Fume Scrubbers

The venture type fume scrubbers use the venture- shaped construction for the establishment of the throat velocity. Gas velocity in the venture throat is high and hence, the liquid is supplied ahead of the throat through the piping or jets. The venture also acts as a gas conditioner for the intimate contact between the gas and jet streams of liquid.

Belt Conveyors

Belt conveyors have long been recognized as the simplest most reliable and most economical means of handling materials in large or small volumes.

Aerovent belt conveyors can handle boxes, cartoons, packages & practically any bulk solid material which can be loaded onto and properly discharged from the wide endless belts. The belt conveyor can be offered in Flat or Troughed construction depending on type of material to be handled with widths ranging from 200 mm to 1200 mm and capacity upto 1500 TPH. Bucket Elevators

Bucket elevators offered by us can be used for vertical conveying and can practically handle any loose, bulk material pulverized or in lumps, hot abrasive or chemical active. Even wet & sticky material can be handled in special buckets built for the purpose. Buckets for standard elevators are mounted on heavy belt or chain. These bucket elevators are designed based on application and nature of material as Centrifugal discharge type, Continuous Discharge type or positive discharge type bucket elevators.

Screw Conveyors

Screw conveyors are the most simplest & oldest method of conveying bulk materials in a enclosed trough in horizontal, inclined & vertical profile and have several advantage for certain types of conveying, cooling, mixing & blending, where churning action of the revolving screw is not objectionable. The material is moved with the help of spiral helical screw flights rotating in the stationary trough. Aerovent can offer screw conveyors of length upto 35 Mtrs or more with help of intermediate hanger bearings and capacities upto 150 TPH. Chain Conveyor

We offer 2 types of chain conveyors they are as follows :

Scrapper chain conveyor :

Scrapper chain conveyors or drag chain conveyor conveys and elevates by an en masse action which moves pulverized, granular, small lump or flaky materials horizontally, vertically or inclined profile. This action takes place in a totally enclosed dust tight casing which is unusually compact permitting even very large tonnages to be handled within less space. This conveyor facilitate multi feed or multi discharge with the help of gates at its inlet or outlet.

Deep Bucket Chain Conveyor :

The deep bucket chain conveyors are used generally for conveying hot ashes, lead billets, clinker etc. The buckets have closely overlapping ends which provides the leakage from the bucket joints.

Roller Conveyors

Roller conveyors are used to handle packages and are in either gravity type (un-powered type) or powerised (driven) type. This conveyors are suitable to handle package of weight from few Kgs to 20 – 25 Tons. All the roller conveyors are equipped with ball bearings on either ends to ensure friction less movement of the rollers.
