Industrial Air Washers

We provide air washers which are extensively used in pharmaceutical industries, chemical process industries, petrochemical industries and many allied industries. These air washers are reknowned among our valued clients for its effectual functioning and are offered in two types:

• Spray Bank Type Air Washer
• Pad Type Air Washer

Spray bank type air washers

These washers are supplied are offered in single bank, double bank and opposed bank. These washers are extensively used where saturation efficiency is required up to 95%.

Pad Type Air Washers

These pad type air washers are offered with PVC fills or the cellulose paper. These are widely used where the saturation efficiency is up to 75% and these cellulose paper are crossed with the corrugated type with any rigidifying, riot and wetting design.

Sheet Metal Air Washers

We supply sheet metal air washers which are appropriate for the outdoor installation without any roof/ shed and foundation & are compact in design. These possess enclosure which is divided into the two sections:

• Wet section
• Fan section

Wet section is in accordance with SS, FRF and M5 or G1 construction. It houses the:

• Air filters
• Spray banks
• Cooling pods
• Water eliminators
• Water tank
• Spray piping

Fan section possesses the fan with motor and water re-circulation pump with motor and is fabricated in compliance with FRR MS or Gl construction with internal insulation.
