Fabric or Bag Filter
 
We offer qualitative range of fabric filters or bag filters and is specifically used for collecting the minite dust particles. It has H which helps in removing particle from:

• Carrier air/gas streams by interception
• Impaction
• Diffusion mechanisms

The dust is collected on the inside of the bags which is filtered from the gas streams. Then it is removed from the bags by the manual and pulse jet cleaning. It is fabricated of:

• Acrylic
• Polyester needle felt
• Polypropylene nylon
• Terrylene
• Antistatic

Thus, the compact bag filter is mounted on the wheels for the single point dust extraction or often transferred from dust producing operation.

Cyclone Separator
 
It is primarily used for collection of the ducxt particles and as a pre-cleaner for the most efficient duct collectors. The inlet pipe is located tangentially to the cylindrical portion with the dusty air is introduced at the top of the cyclone. Thus, the gases is move down in the whirling motion forming a peripheral vortex and centrifugal forces rises with the result of throwing of dust particles towards the wall, which then move downward into the hopper and them removed.
 
Wet Collector
 
These wet collectors are specially used for the collection of small dust particles and for scrubbing obnoxious fumes. The dusty air enters into the inlet chambers and then it proceeds through the venture section. The dusty air bubbles through the water and then the water forms into the tiny water droplets trapping the dust into agglomerates. In this the larger agglomerates sink whereas the smaller particles are entrained in the water droplets which are removed while passing the battles.

We are engaged in fabricating double skin air handling units which are known for its effectual functioning among our valued clients. These air handling units includes 2/24G G.I. pre coated or powder cooled sheets panels with 25/50 mm thick puf insulation and comprises:

• High/Low static pressure blowers
• Chilled water coils
• Pre, Fine and HEPA filter

Our unit possesses fan section which is having multivane forward and backward curved centrifugal blowers mounted on tabular shaft which runs in ball bearing. The filter section has the easy fitting arrangement to fit HDPE Pre, Fine and HPEA filters as per client necessity and also offering maintenance door for filter cleaning and the maintenance work. Our coil section is specifically designed as per size of DX/ CHW for the system. G.I sheet is fixed in the surrounding part of the coil inside the AHU. G.I sheet is fabricated outside with insulation. Furthermore, these can be easily customized in accordance with client requirement and can be delivered on time.

We offer single skin air handling units which are highly appreciated for its efficiency and high durability features. Following are the components used in our unit:

• Single Skin Air Handling units with 16/18G G.I. powder coated sheets panels,
• High/Low Static pressure blowers,
• Pre and Fine filters

Mounted on the tabular shaft, our fan section has the multivane forward/backward blowers, which runs in ball bearing. Our filter section has the easy fitting arrangement to fit the HDPE pre, fine filters as per client requirement and also providing the maintenance door for filter cleaning and maintenance work.

• Silicon tetra-fluoride
• Super phosphate
• Phosphoric acid
• Fluorine

It is offered in two types:

• Packaged Bed Type
• Venturi Type

Packaged Bed Type Fume Scrubbers
 
We supply packaged bed type fume scrubbers which are useful for contact rings and forms the bed over in which the liquid is introduced via spray piping and nozzles. Moreover, the gases and liquids through the bed concurrently, counter-currently or in cross-flow.

Venturi Type Fume Scrubbers
 
The venture type fume scrubbers use the venture- shaped construction for the establishment of the throat velocity. Gas velocity in the venture throat is high and hence, the liquid is supplied ahead of the throat through the piping or jets. The venture also acts as a gas conditioner for the intimate contact between the gas and jet streams of liquid.
