Material Conveyors

Screw conveyors are the most simplest & oldest method of conveying bulk materials in a enclosed trough in horizontal, inclined & vertical profile and have several advantage for certain types of conveying, cooling, mixing & blending, where churning action of the revolving screw is not objectionable. The material is moved with the help of spiral helical screw flights rotating in the stationary trough. Aerovent can offer screw conveyors of length upto 35 Mtrs or more with help of intermediate hanger bearings and capacities upto 150 TPH. These screw conveyors facilitate multi feed or multi discharge with the help of gates at its inlet or outlet. Screw conveyors can be easily sealed to dust and fumes entering or escaping or can be jacketed to serve as a dryer or cooler. We can offer screw conveyor from 100 mm to 1000 mm diameter for various applications with standard helical screw, twin screw, ribbon flight screw, paddle type screw and screw feeders etc.

Belt conveyors have long been recognized as the simplest most reliable and most economical means of handling materials in large or small volumes.

Aerovent belt conveyors can handle boxes, cartoons, packages & practically any bulk solid material which can be loaded onto and properly discharged from the wide endless belts. The belt conveyor can be offered in Flat or Troughed construction depending on type of material to be handled with widths ranging from 200 mm to 1200 mm and capacity upto 1500 TPH. The belt conveyor can also be offered with chevron cleated belts and side wall belts for transportation of material at higher inclination. Aerovent also manufactures shuttle, radial & portable belt conveyors as per the custom requirement.

Bucket elevators offered by us can be used for vertical conveying and can practically handle any loose, bulk material pulverized or in lumps, hot abrasive or chemical active. Even wet & sticky material can be handled in special buckets built for the purpose. Buckets for standard elevators are mounted on heavy belt or chain. These bucket elevators are designed based on application and nature of material as Centrifugal discharge type, Continuous Discharge type or positive discharge type bucket elevators.

Roller conveyors are used to handle packages and are in either gravity type (un-powered type) or powerised (driven) type. This conveyors are suitable to handle package of weight from few Kgs to 20 – 25 Tons. All the roller conveyors are equipped with ball bearings on either ends to ensure friction less movement of the rollers. We can offer roller conveyor from 100 mm to 2000 mm width for various applications and can also offer 90 degree curve bend roller conveyor having special taper rollers to suit the purpose.
