Installation procedure:
1. Clean roof surface - bare RCC (surface has to be free from loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen & algae) using Wire brush/ Nylon brush/Scrapper / pressure pumps / blowers & Water. Wash the surface thoroughly with water using pressure pumps.
2. Apply a layer of two component polymer& cement based waterproof layer (Sealing Slurry or Transeal) up to parapet & copping.
3. Do BBC, filled the gap of brick with Ce Pack (give waterproofing, and strength & crack prevention to the cement padding) and insulated mortar.
4. Do finishing of BBC with Insulated screeding of 5mm thickness.
5. Apply FASCRS seal layer over the Insulated Screeding with sealing slurry (Precaution: Lay uniform layer of FASCRS Layer all over the roof. No air bubble should be left while installation of FASCRS Seal)
6. Do finishing / IPS of cement mortar required thickness with using the solution of Ce-Pack (waterproofing component).
7. After letting complete drying of IPS- Cemented layer, apply 2 coat of seal coat and after that apply white modified acrylic polymer based coating with SRI 107 cool coat (1 - 2 Coat ) and 1-2 coats of single component elastomeric polymer based coating with SRI 107 Cool Wrap with brush/ Roller/ spray on substrate.
8. For the best dust repellent effect & long life apply a layer of transparent PU based coating.
9. For full curing let the coating dry for 12 hrs.
