Fiber Optical Spectroscopy

Fiber Optical spectroscopy is a technique for measuring light intensity in the UV-, VIS-, NIR- and IR-region. Spectroscopic measurements are being used in many different applications, such as color measurement, concentration determination of chemical components or electromagnetic radiation analysis.

Advantages of fiber Optical spectroscopy are the modularity and flexibility of the system. The speed of measurement allows in-line analysis, and the use of low-cost commonly used detectors enable a complete low cost Avantes spectrometer system.

UV Cabinet

Aetron has indigenously developed UV Cabinet which meets all technical requirements of current documentation/qualification procedures, with more facilities at a very affordable price compared to imported UV Cabinets. Good results can be estimated either by quenching in short wave or by flourescence under long wave in proper true UV light.

Source light are switched "ON" as per priority i.e. most carcinogenic least priority & visible first priority.
Combination of tube lights can be made as per customer's choice
For higher intensities two or three light sources can be made of same type & can be switched "ON" simultaneously.
Adjustable Timer with display.
Timer can be adjusted for viewing or for UV synthesis application up to 999 Hrs.
Timer by-pass facility in same unit.
Same viewing model can be used for the UV synthesis application with timer or without timer.
With pre-settable digital timer.
Rugged Metal Body with two coatings of epoxy paint.
UV Cabinet rested on the adjustable leveling screws, so plates are always horizontal & tabletop underneath the cabinet can be easily cleaned.

HPTLC Documentation Systems

It is very important to observe developed plate (TLC/HPTLC) under proper UV Light to distinguish light different developed spots on plate precisely. At the same time it is very important to document or keep the photograph of the plates for ready reference Keeping this in mind Aetron has indigenously developed Mini Luminous

Appropriate optical filters a.'e used to ensue proper UV illumination. For safety of the user & camera proper filters are used to block UV It is ensured that no UV light comes out of the cabinet. This unit is designed for maximum safety of operation.

Spraylin - TLC Applicator

To add to the current line of HPTLC instrumentation Aetron has indigenously developed a TLC-Sample Applicator. Samples are applied on the plate in the form of Bands.
