Incepted in the year 1980, Mohd.Bashir Mehandiwala has created a niche in manufacturing, supplying and exporting of broad range of natural henna products and other products such as afrin special dulhan mehndi cones, afrin herbal face pack, herbal hair care products etc. We are completely dedicated in our professional area and are working with the client oriented approach. Under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. Jawed Shaikh, we have developed an established standing and recognition in the market. We possess an enriched experience in the field of herbal henna products and mehandi products and acquire a well equipped infrastructure that enables us to produce a wide range of products.

Warehouse

We make sure that we maintain a proper temperature in the warehouse so that the products are completely intact in their original form. Our warehouse has a proper provision of air and sunlight so that no humidity or dampness persists in order to maintain the purity. It is also very essential for the longer shelf life of our products. We have a completely hygienic environment in our warehouse as it is regularly cleaned. The warehouse is well connected with roads so that there is no last minute problem that would result in delays of the transportation of our products.

We have established a large scale manufacturing unit which is spread in an area around to 5000 square meters, wherein all the latest high-technology machineries are used. The machineries that we have installed includes :

All the machines are periodically inspected to ensure that they remain efficient throughout the year. Also necessary calibrations are performed when ever required. We have divided the entire manufacturing unit into various departments such as production department, sourcing department, packaging department and other. This facilitates the quick production of the bulk products. There is proper provision for the cleanliness of the entire manufacturing unit so that optimum quality as well as the health of personnel working with the machines can be maintained.
