Conceptualized in the year 2002, we, at Afsar India are deeply committed towards realizing our goal of presenting garments for both men and women that suit all occasions. Since our inception we have been manufacturing and exporting a range of blended and knitted apparels made from a variety of fabrics that bring out the beauty of the design. We base our stupendous growth on our modernized infrastructure coupled with various tried and tested processes and procedures.

Our ability to efficiently manipulate our resources to the benefit of our company have assured our ability to manufacture close to 1000 pieces per style and 500 pieces per color. These products have been well received by all our customers and appreciated for their quality and competitive pricing.


	Our Sister Concerns As a step towards achieving better networking, we have taken the membership of the Textile Committee Of India ( No. TIP/ 06539). Our endeavours to expand considerably in both domestic and international markets are supported by our sister concerns. These include: Afsar Screen Printing – Printing Div Vertex Exports – Knitting Div Tharuna Colors – Dyeing Div Wintrack Exports – Embroidery Div Enthralling Melange Using a variety of yarns, we are manufacturing 100% cotton garments, blended garments and knitted garments for all age groups. 	In addition to the showcased range of apparels, we are also involved in manufacturing tie & dye and hand dyed garments. Our garments are also manufactured and styled using a variety of embellishments like: Sequins Stones Studs Foils Non-PVC prints Sticker transfers Batik prints Discharge prints Reactive prints Machine embroidery Hand embroidery works We specialize in washed garments such as like stone wash, acid wash, enzyme wash, garment dyeing, magic wash etc. The finesse in our expansive gamut is the result of our efforts to use a variety of fabrics and yarns procured from reliable manufacturers. The different types of specialized fabric that we use include: Single and Double Jersey Rib, Single Double, 2x1 Jacquard, Piontelle Pique, Plain, Auto striped Yarn dyed in Jersey pique, Rib of Feeder Striped, Auto striped Jacquard etc.


	Sophisticated Manufacturing Division Our manufacturing division is spread over a total area of 9800 sq. ft. and helps in maintaining an edge over our nearest competitors. We have a well equipped infrastructure to meet the dynamic challenges of the market. With our investment in high technology machines, most of them imported, helps us in effectively meeting the demands of the volatile apparel market. Our unit is flourished with the following departments like: Sampling Yarn Knitting Dyeing Production Quality Assurance Communication Documentation Accounts Administration


	Processes Involved The various processes involved in the manufacturing of our captivating assortment of ladies and mens apparels are: Knitting: It is the first and foremost step involved in knitwear making. We have invested in the best knitting machines from across the globe, ensuring an overall production capacity of 2000 kgs/day. Soft Flow Dying: We use the latest imported machinery in our soft flow dyeing process. We do not use Azo dyes or chemicals in our Soft Flow Machine. Compacting: Our compacting machine is imported from Germany and maintains the shrinkage control to below 5% meeting all international standards. Printing: Our printing activities are supported by the following machines that have the production capacity of 25,000 pieces/day. 8 Color semi automatic printing machine 10 Color semi automatic printing machine 12 Color semi automatic printing machine
	Cutting: Our cutting division is equipped with the state-of-the-art spreader cutter and CAD based automatic pattern maker. Use of such advanced machines allows us to minimize wastage and also helps in maintaining consistency in output for sophisticated designs. Embroidery: We have the TAJIMA 9 color embroidery machine at our embroidery section. Stitching: For stitching of garments we have 150 over lock and 35 power operator machines. We use only imported branded machine from Sirupa (Japan), Singer,Brother (Japan). Our total Production Capacity is 3,000 pcs per day. Checking, Ironing & Packing: The knitwear is made to undergo various quality checks by our skilled supervisors. Even the minutest defect is not over looked. The checked pieces are ironed, rechecked and packed for shipping.

With a minimum production capacity of manufacturing 1000 pieces per style and 500 pieces per color, our production capacity varies on various factors. We require different lead times for different styles, which can be better explained as follows:

	Highly Qualified Manpower Our vertically integrated set up is efficiently managed by our experienced personnel involved in all levels of operations to meet buyer requirements within the set time frame. We take pride in our efficient communication system that enables the customers to reach us whenever required. We are having close to 150 personnel that comprise of designers, skilled and semi-skilled labor, merchandisers, craftsmen, technocrats and allied manpower.
