We offer an extensive range of Brass Bolts, which are available in Hex head and manufactured using high quality (ROHS) lead free Brass. Our range of brass hex bolts is known for its material purity and consistency. Our (ROHS) bolts are used by electronics industry in assembly of EMI filters. Also the bolts are free from any cracks, blow holes and weight inconsistency. Tin/Nickel plating as required.

 

We offer (ROHS) Brass Hex nuts in UNC/UNF threads, BSW threads, mm threads. Nut height varies from heavy, medium and low range of sizes as per requirements. We can machine all type of nuts.

Our Nuts are machined to precision by automatic turning center from hex bars. We also machine special nuts as per customer requirements.

 

We offer plain round washers, star washers and also special washers in brass and copper.

We have our own die making facility, using designing software we can develop any type of washer and sheet metal components using premium quality brass sheets.

We manufacture Brass machine screws from premium (ROHS) lead free brass wire. The composition of wire used is copper 63% and zinc 37%. In screws we offer UNC, UNF, BSW, mm, BA threads using premium quality dies.

We have wide range of dies to provide various type of threads. We offer Pan head and CSK head screws in Philips drive, Combination drive and Slotted drive.

We offer square nuts, square turned and threaded parts, square key studs and square head bolts can be made.

Cold headed rivets manufactured are free from any cracks, as using premium quality brass wire. We manufacture various type of rivets in different head styles. Fancy rivets can be developed for fashion accessories, straps, purses, shoes etc.
