Brass Turned Components

We offer our customers with exceptionally high range of brass inserts used in plastic moulding, Bakelite moulding and press fitting. Also, all types of threads specified can be produced in blind & through holes. Mostly, the inserts are made from round and hex bars but if require we can avail you inserts from special profiles too.

We offer Hose nipples, double end threaded nipples, extension nipples etc.

 

Similarly, hexagonal inserts are made from hex bars from free cutting brass bars.

We also offer special hex nuts, and ring nuts in thin profile with precision machined threads. Special nuts have function in wide applications of assembly. Heavy Duty Nuts with extra height can also be machined. Available in natural brass finish, Tin plating, Nickel plating or as required/specified.

Brass pins or long turning jobs/screws are made to precision. Pins, jets, adjustment screws are turned and rolled accordingly. Plain long pins are forged for price effectiveness. We produce pins according to the customer based drawings/samples.

Many type of brass bushes are made from brass bars by machining, by press forming of brass sheets, and heavy bushes are made from casting. Similarly, bushes have various functions according to there fitment, so as composition plays an important role. Heavy duty phosphorus bronze (PB) are used in machinery shaft fitment. Bushes are used for spacer purpose also, sliding operations and many more. We prefer to be material specific and drawing specific in such case.

 

Endless type of turned components have been developed and produced by us. It depends on required job, we work on turning, threading (o.d., i.d.), champhoring, drilling, profile turning in round, hex and square bars. Presently we are using automatic traub machine and are looking forward to install CNC for multi operation bar feed productions. Mostly, free cutting brass is used for turning process, in case any special hardness/composition is required do mention it. We will get the required composition from our bar manufacturing vendor unit.
