Manufactured using superior quality raw material of Brass and Copper under the supervision of our production team. Our products have an application use in hardware, construction, electrical, electronic, automobile, engineering industries. The range of brass components made by us, is known for its material purity, dimensional accuracy and demanded composition.

With wide range of coating and plating our products stands at par with international quality standards. Our quality system combine technical advice, using of industrial standards corresponding to the product, calibrated inspection tools and machines to meet the requirements. Manufacturing Facilities

In House Machine Facility:

We have wide range of machinery in house. Cold Heading machines, Slotting machine, Thread rolling machine, Gear head lathe machine, Automatic Lathe Machine, Power cutting machine, Hydraulic press, welding facility, power press machines, Drilling machines, Tapping machines, Electroplating facilities for Tin, Copper, Nickel, Chrome, Gold, Silver.

Out House Facility:

As a SSI unit, we are a member of PQM (Punjab quality mark) a unit of Punjab government. We avail all facilities provided by the center. Complete Tool Room Facility, Chemical analysis laboratory, Electro spectrometry tests, material chemical analysis facility, Tensile tests and many more facilities for quality product manufacturing.

Warehousing & packaging

Most of the UNC brass fasteners (ROHS) used in EMI filters and EMC filters are in ready/moving stock.

Packaging is done as per customer standards and requirements.
