The Moulder roll is indicated for laminating operations & for rolling up of bread. The machine is composed by an inlet carpet which conveys the pieces of dough to be moulded into the machine. When dough enters into the machine it has the first laminating process through chromed & rectified cylinders. The distance between cylinders is pre-settled by moving the knob.

Available with us, is a highly functional range of  dough dividers that assures  uniform weight and size. These dough dividers utilize very less oil for lubrication of dough due to perfercly matched pistons, arms and cutting knief. We offer both Single & Double Pocket dough dividers in the capacity range of 1600-3500 pieces per hour in the weight range of 200 to 1000 grams.

Flour Sifter cum Elevator is meant of Big bakeries to sieve flour at very high speed i.e 100 Kf. of flour only in a minute and eliminate the foreign matter sepraterly.  Our sifters seive the flour thought brushes resulting better air incorporation in the flour, better volume, better breaking of soft lumps. High speed seiving reduce the time and labor involved.

The chain acts as a fixture on the system that is used in the mechanical functioning of the system. The conveyor control is directly attached to the chain where the speed of the chain determines the speed of the process. Fabricated using metal, these are available in various shapes, sizes, qualities. The chain can be replaced in case of any damage. These chains should undergo regular servicing on definite intervals to maintain the efficiency of the system.

Water chilling plants are used when the requirement of water temperature is below the ambient temperature i.e. when the cooling water temperature from the cooling tower is insufficient. In water chilling plants the water is chilled with the help of refrigeration system.
