We manufacture selective range of vishot band heaters after a thorough analysis of their various functional specifications. Before the undertaking of actual production process, we consider various concerned parameters of our band heaters, which include:

• Maximum operating or sheath temperature
• AC voltage required & watts.

Maximum operating temperature is that temperature, which the sheath coverings of our heaters may reach. AC voltage required is the minimum alternating current (AC) voltage required for band heater operation. We also pay due care regarding dimensional specifications of our range of band heaters, which include:

• Inside diameter
• Width & thickness of the band etc.

As per standard specifications are concerned, the inside diameter of a sheath band heater should be the same size as the outside diameter of the cylinder to be heated. Band heaters use a sleeve, jacket or sheath as a protective outer covering for the heating elements. Choices for sleeve material are aluminum, brass, copper, iron, nickel alloy, steel and stainless steel. Typically, insulation is used to reduce heat loss to the environment.

But, we provide such type of band heaters, which consist double insulation. Our uninsulated band heater has lower profile and is useful in areas where space is at a premium. Mica is valued for its electrical insulating properties and high resistance to heat and acids.

Our range of ceramic band heaters consist ring-shaped heating devices that clamp around the cylindrical elements. Heat transfer from band heaters occurs via the conductive method. Most band heaters clamp around the outer diameter of a cylindrical element and heat the element from the outside. Some products clamp around the inner diameter of a pipe. Typically, our range of band heaters are equipped with ceramic or mineral insulation to reduce heat loss to the environment.

Our proven and sophisticated range of disc cartridge heaters differ in terms of electrical connectors, termination types, mounting styles, and optional features. We do not provide termination angles with our all cartridge heaters. These are also adhered with straight leads or terminals make straight connections with the cartridge heater. Further, the right angle leads or terminals are angled 90 degrees from the initial connection with the cartridge heater. Most devices can be configured with many different termination options.

These band heaters must attach or clamp to the object(s) they are heating. Some of our band heaters have multiple options for the termination type. Terminal types band heaters include: insulated leads, armor cable leads, metal braided leads, flexible conduit leads, tandem screw terminals, parallel screw terminals, terminal boxes and quick disconnects.

We manufacture a variety of band and nozzle heaters including barrel heaters, mineral insulated band heaters and ceramic nozzle band heaters. Our product range includes best quality nozzle heaters as mica nozzle heaters that comprise of high quality heating element (windings) and nickel-chromium resistance wires. We offer these in one-piece as well as two- piece designs. The mica nozzle heaters and ceramic nozzle heaters are manufactured using superior grade raw steel, aluminum or brass and thus are completely reliable and durable in the given operations.

Heaters with terminal options are also available such as flexible wire/pin socket and screw terminals. Clamping option for the heaters are provided by either bent – up flanges or bolted angle system.
