The most modern paper Corrugated Board Making Plant designed to meet the demands of today's corrugators for increased production and superior quality of board. This plant produces ready, trimmed, creased and cut 3/5 ply corrugated board in one operation. The rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life. Right from the reel stand to the cut off unit, each unit of the plant is so designed, to operate in harmony with one another resulting in enhanced efficiency and streamlined operation.

This machine is useful for creasing and cutting simultaneously. The machine is with two pairs of shafts. The front pair is with cutting dies & rear pair with creasing die. The lower shaft of each pair can be raised or lowered by revolving side wheel depending on ply of the bound . For easy feeding two guides are provided.

This strongly constructed machine is for trimming, creasing, slotting and corner cutting of the board simultaneously. Chain feeding arrangement is provided with 2 side gauges to feed the board. The creaser and slotter heads are easily adjustable to the required size.

This machine has bush mounted for manufacturing 2 ply corrugated board, simple to operate with manual loading twin shaft reel stand.

Sheet pressing machine is used for pressing of corrugated sheet. The glued sheets which are then processed on pasting machine are piled are on lower plate & then pressure is applied for some time lowering upper moving plate.
