Actived Alumina![]() Liquid and auto-instrument wind drying of petrochemical, textile and oxygen-marking industries, psa in air-separation are the properties and uses used as dryer in gas phase. It is very suitable for the use of heat free regeneration device due to its high heat-adsorption quantity of single molecular absorbing layer.

Decrease of use: the product is suitable for deep drying with the pressure over 5kg/cm2.
The Actived Alumina should be regenerated to remove the absorptive moisture as the absorptivity ability will decrease gradually after a certain time in order to its repetitive use. The gases use for the regeneration should be dried gas with lower or same operating pressure of drying operation. The dried gas should be used with higher the temperature of dying operation, while wet gas should be used after rising temperature. Molecular Sieve Type 13X![]() Molecular Sieve Type 13X is the sodium form of type X crystal. It has a much larger pore opening than the type A crystals. It will adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 9 Angstrom (0.9nm) and will leave out which are larger than that. It has got the highest theoretical capacity of the common adsorbents. Further, it also proffers very good mass transfer rates. It is powerful enough to remove impurities as large as to fit into a type a crystal. Molecular Sieve Type 3A![]() We are an eminent manufacturing and exporter of Molecular Sieve Type 3A which is an alkali metal alumino-silicate. It is the potassium form of crystal structure. Type 3A has an effective pore opening of about 3 angstorms (0.3nm).It carries a large structure so that it can allow in moisture. Furthermore, it excludes molecules such as unsaturated hydrocarbons which can potentially form polymers. This capability allows to maximize the lifetime during dehydration of such molecules.

Molecular Sieve Type 4A![]() Molecular Sieve Type 4A is the sodium form of the type A crystal structure which is an alkali metal alumina silicate. 4A molecular sieve has an effective pore opening of about 4 angstroms (0.4nm) [Cant Re-phrase]. 4A molecular sieve will adsorb most molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 4 angstroms excluding the larger ones. Our range of Molecular Sieve Type 4A can absorb molecules such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and straight chain hydrocarbons. On the other hand, the process excludes branched chain hydrocarbons and aromatics.

It is the calcium form of the type A crystal structure that come with an effective pore opening of 5 angstroms (0.5nm). Molecular Sieve Type 5A adsorbs molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 5. The product is especially suitable for PSA absorber applications. It may be used for the separation of is - paraffin (C4 to C6 species), in PSA hydrogen and in oxygen concentrators.
