We have a well equipped state-of-the-art facility, which is divided into three divisions for all specialized manufacturing processes. Equipped with the latest technology machinery, our divisions are:
I. Designs Room: Our designing room is well equipped with the latest CAD/ CAM facilities has been instituted with the sole objective of developing molds or tools for complicated components in Injection molding, sheet metal and rubber. We make use of latest computer software in our design lab, “solidworks, delcam”
II. Tool Room: We have fully geared tool room which uses the latest tools that technology permits. The tool room is manned by qualified and experienced personnel who have the necessary skills and acumen to operate branded machines.
III. Molding Shop: Our injection molding shop is well equipped with sophisticated machines with microprocessor controlled injection molding machines. |

Packaging and delivery
