Bogie Hearth Furnaces

We manufacture superior quality boogie hearth furnace widely used for heating parts, which are too large to be handled on continuous basis. These furnaces can also be used in heating large castings and fabrications. Furthermore, these durable furnaces are utilized in stress relieving, tempering, annealing & normalizing. Boogie health furnaces are provisioned for high temperatures with non-metallic heating elements like silicon carbide, super kanthal etc.

Chamber Furnaces

These chamber furnaces are offered for a range of heat-treatment applications including stress relieving, normalizing, hardening and tempering. All the chamber furnaces are equipped with effective insulation that reduces heat loss into the work environment and aids in faster heat-up. These furnaces result in faster heating and utilize electrical heating elements or are gas fired/oil fired. The furnaces are designed to provide the following consistent features:

• Uniform heating

Continuous Type Solution Annealing Furnace for SS Tube

Agnee Engineering has recently designed, manufactured and supplied Continuous Type Solution Annealing Furnace for stainless steel pipes. The furnace is roller hearth Type with an AC motor drive to regulate the speed of the stainless steel rollers (conveyers) as required. The furnace incorporates a unique energy saving feature wherein the flue gas has been recirculated for preheating the pipes before being fed to the furnace. The maximum attainable temperature is 1200 deg. Centigrade. We manufacture all types of heat treatment furnaces including -
• Controlled atmosphere furnaces
• Gas carbonizing furnaces
• Vacuum furnaces

Continuous Type Solution Annealing Furnace for SS Tube

Our most recently designed product is annealing furnace used for stainless steel pipes. Conveyorised Furnace

These specially designed furnaces are suitable for heat-treatment of bulk jobs on continuous basis like forged steel parts, washers, fasteners, sockets and bearings. Conveyors can be of mesh belt type or slat type or chain-strap type. Speed of conveyor can be varied through DC control drives. These include the following features:

• Multi-Temperature zones depending on application are available.
• Automated temperature control on programming and recording.

The furnace incorporates strong steel body with high grade thermal insulation. Gas-tight muffle inside heating chamber for circulation of protective gas can be provided for treatment under protective atmosphere such as bright hardening, brazing, annealing, sintering etc.

Fluid Bed Furnace

Gas Carburising Furnace

Agnee Engineering has combined the latest oxygen probe control system with an atmosphere control furnace to give an installation where all control atmosphere treatments can be done at the same station. It has in addition to carbonising, decarb free bright annealing and hardening, made shallow depth carbonising control possible. Pit Pot Furnaces

We explore wide range of specially designed pit-pot furnaces used for annealing, normalizing & salt-bath solution treatment. These furnaces are electrically heated with high-tech ceramics blanket insulation. These furnaces are provided with steel baffles that accommodate the charge basket that prevents the charge not to be exposed to direct radiation of heat. Furnace is also offered with forced air circulation and holds the following features:

Rotary Hearth Furnaces

Rotary Retort Furnaces
