Continuous Type Solution Annealing Furnace for SS Tube

Agnee Engineering has recently designed, manufactured and supplied Continuous Type Solution Annealing Furnace for stainless steel pipes. The furnace is roller hearth Type with an AC motor drive to regulate the speed of the stainless steel rollers (conveyers) as required. The furnace incorporates a unique energy saving feature wherein the flue gas has been recirculated for preheating the pipes before being fed to the furnace. The maximum attainable temperature is 1200 deg. Centigrade. We manufacture all types of heat treatment furnaces including -

• Gas carbonizing furnaces

Our most recently designed product is annealing furnace used for stainless steel pipes. These specially designed furnaces are suitable for heat-treatment of bulk jobs on continuous basis like forged steel parts, washers, fasteners, sockets and bearings. Conveyors can be of mesh belt type or slat type or chain-strap type. Speed of conveyor can be varied through DC control drives. These include the following features:

• Multi-Temperature zones depending on application are available.
• Automated temperature control on programming and recording.

The furnace incorporates strong steel body with high grade thermal insulation. Gas-tight muffle inside heating chamber for circulation of protective gas can be provided for treatment under protective atmosphere such as bright hardening, brazing, annealing, sintering etc.
