Inception of Agni Fiber Boards Pvt. Ltd. established with single product in the year 1998 at Vadodara in Gujarat, western part of India. And now company has grown to produce multiple products with different technologies. The production plant is spread over in land area of 1800 sq. mt. Our services are well equipped via road, air and train. Also we are well equipped with high voltage testing equipments, tensile testing equipments, bending test equipments etc. that help us to develop quality end products. All the products are tested in govt. approved lab i.e. ERDA, located in our industrial zone at Vadodara. All process like batch mixing, grinding, cutting are carried out in-house. FRP PULTRUSION DIVISION: At present we have Automatic pultrusion machines having 16 production lines to manufacture FRP profiles for gamut of Electrical and Chemical applications such as transformers, chocks, switchgear, on load tap-changer insulation, lightning arresters, cable tray, telescopic operating and discharge rod.We use RF dryer for our pultrusion manufacturing which improves quality of our product. We supply profiles in various resin systems such as epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester.
Our new products include, Ladder profiles, Outdoor Bench profiles, Fence profiles, Door-Frame profiles, Garden Tool Handle profiles. THERMAL INSULATION DIVISION: Agni Fiber Boards Pvt. Ltd. is also a leading manufacturer of Structural Thermal Insulation Boards which are suitable for heat processing, fire protection and electrical resistance applications. These boards have structural strength with low thermal conductivity over a wide range of temperature. Our Boards are easy to machine. Operations like drilling, milling and turning can be carried out with aid of conventional machine tools. These products are used in high volume baking ovens, steam curing chambers, textile drying ovens, paint booths, curing ovens, powder coating ovens, ladle covers, boiler baffles, flue gas baffles.
