 | Chimney Load Bearing Insulation |  | Agni Fiber Boards (P) Ltd is manufacturer of high temperature structural insulation boards, mold platen insulation boards & thermal insulation boards for various industrial applications. In Chimneys Insulation reduces the risks of fires by reducing heat transfer to combustible material surrounding a chimney. Insulation lowers temperature of liners during over firing or chimney fires. It also maintains higher temperature on liners when flue gas temperature is low. Our Insulation Products is high strength machinable Thermal and structural insulation board suitable for this application. In Chimney for support high mechanical strength of insulation material is required at high temperature.
Typical Applications Chimney Supports
Bottom of the chimney flue is mounted on the floor beam using load bearing insulations blocks having No. of load bearing dowel as shown above. Our product has got good compressive strength with low thermal conductivity, it is best suited for such type of load bearing applications. It also prevents flow of heat from inside of the chimney flue towards floor beam. Our product can be used as substitute of Tenmat product, SINDANYO NATURAL GRADE CS-51. |

Insulation Blocks for spinning lines and on line filtration system. Our Insulation Boards is used for polymer filtration plants. The process of "Online Filtration System" And “Spinning Lines” involves temperature more than 300ºC, so it is necessary to provide proper insulation on all outer surfaces of the machine, which can withstand this continuous high temperature & can exhibit good thermal insulation property. INSULATION Boards can be used as insulation blocks as shown in figure1. These boards can also be used as insulation blocks for spinning lines as shown in figure.  | Insulation For Induction Heating |  | Agni Fiber Boards (P) Ltd is manufacturer of high temperature structural insulation boards, mold platen insulation boards & thermal insulation boards for various industrial applications. Our Insulating Sheets provides excellent thermal shock resistance as evidenced in its typical use as a direct contact board for non-ferrous metals and in fire training burn rooms. They are fire resistant to temperatures approaching 550°C. They also exhibit low thermal conductivities that remain relatively constant over a broad range of operating temperatures.  | Insulation For Sintering Process |  | Agni Fiber Boards (P) Ltd is manufacturer of high temperature structural insulation boards, mold platen insulation boards & thermal insulation boards for various industrial applications. The process of manufacturing of cutting tools (Diamond Material) involves heating of diamond segments. In order to minimize heat losses, our insulation board is used between graphite pack containing diamond segments & Metallic frame. Insulation Board is an integral part of the production of hot pressed diamond segments. It is used as a separator to electrically and thermally insulate a metal frame from a graphite pack. Our Insulation Boards boards has got low thermal conductivity (0.6 Watt/M °C) which helps in minimizing heat losses. Insulation Boards allows repeat cycles- it is reusable in this application for many cycles which translates to cost savings. Insulation material exhibits good performance as thermal separator. It can be used as low cost substitute of Zircar material (RSLE-57 Grade).

Agni Fiber provides a variety of non-asbestos calcium silicate structural insulations that combine high strength and excellent thermal insulating characteristics for use in a variety of heat processing, fire protection and electrical resistance applications. Our boards provides excellent thermal shock resistance as evidenced in its typical use as a direct contact board for non-ferrous metals and in fire training burn rooms. They are fire resistant to temperatures approaching 600°C( 1112°F). It exhibit low thermal conductivities that remain relatively constant over a broad range of operating temperatures. Our Boards are designed to serve as a backup insulation for any refractory construction, such as insulating fire brick, dense refractory brick, castable, gunning mix, plastic refractory or ceramic fiber. APPLICATION: Induction Heating Machine For Impact Bonding Sandwich Bottom Cookware. Induction heating is a quick, clean & efficient way to braze a wide variety of conductive materials. To make this process more cost – effective, thermal insulation is used between inductor & the metallic parts to be brazed. In cookware industries, metallic bottom is brazed with utensil using induction brazing as shown below.
