The MUSHROOM PLANT facility has been audited and approved by TUV. The unit also has a Kosher (Orthodox Union) and BRC Certifications for its processing line. We evaluate incoming raw material, products in process and end product for best quality and these are matched against customer specifications. Testing and evaluation partnerships with some of the best labs in the world ensure rigorous adherence to international standards.

We are located in Punjab. This is the most fertile state in India and produces 80% of India's surplus wheat. Wheat straw is the most vital substrate for mushroom growing. Compost for the mushroom farm is produced in house with total control over inputs by careful selection of tested raw materials. Every batch of compost is monitored in exactness for various physical and chemical parameters. Excellent quality of raw materials like Wheat Straw and Chicken Manure results in a superior compost that gives better quality of mushroom.

At AGRO DUTCH, we offer delivery solutions to get the product to the right place at the right time.

• Since we grow and process mushrooms around the year, we offer our customers regular supply throughout the year, instead os seasonal shipments. This does away the need for them to order large quantities at one go and hold inventories at their end.
• We offer our customers the choice of taking delivery of goods at their preferred point, be that the Indian port, the destination port, or the customer's doorstep. We offer the value-added services of customs clearance in major European and North America ports, as well as transportation to customer warehouses.
• Regular shipment updates are sent to all our customers, containing basic information such as container numbers and Bill of Lading details, as well as advanced details such as arrival dates at the destination.
• In specific, for US customers we prefer to deliver goods at “Ex Dock Duty Paid” to insulate the customers from duty variation as well as expenses.

Mushroom Manufacturing

The mushrooms are Individually Quick Frozen in the new generation IQF machine from FRIGOSCANDIA, Sweden. Premium processing equipment from FMC (USA), Cabinplant (Denmark), Urschel (USA), Wakker (USA) and metal detection from Safeline (USA) ensures a high quality product. The distinct advantage Agro Dutch enjoys over the competition is that mushrooms are harvested in growing rooms reserved for freezing and shifted to the freezing facility within minutes in closed containers. This gives unparalleled color and quality to the frozen mushrooms that is evident immediately upon comparison with ordinary product available everywhere.

At AGRO DUTCH, we realize the importance of meeting delivery schedules, and are totally geared up to meet our customers’ diverse requirements. Our high shipment volumes have allowed us to develop strong relationships with international shipping lines.

• Shipment plans are made well in advance and shipping lines are informed to provide containers at our request. The movement of containers are tracked, updated and informed to the buyers on regular intervals for them to make their forecasts more accurately.
• The company has got adequate experience in delivering product to the warehouses of the buyers by paying requisite customs duty at the ports where the cargo is cleared. All documents, as required by the customers like health certificates, fumigation certificates etc are provided as per the customer's and importing country's requirements.
• Most of the shipments from the Mushroom plant are through Mumbai and other ports in the Maharashtra/Gujarat region, all on the upper west coast of India.
