Sorting:
Different types and sizes of canes are sorted according to the style and size of the furniture.

Cutting:
he canes are then measured according to the specifications and are cut accordingly.

Steaming:
Depending upon the diameter of the cane and the curve required, pole canes are steamed to ensure durability and flexibility.

Bending:
Cane is bent manually in fabricated jigs and moulds. To achieve the bend, heating of the pole is an absolute necessity.

Assembly:
sing screws and glue, the formed cane pieces are then assembled into a frame.

Wrapping:
With wrapping cover the joints of frame are covered for aesthetic appeal as well as further strengthening the frame.

Stopping:
 After wrapping, the frame goes to the stopping division, where screws and / or nails are covered for an all over smooth effect.

Filling:
 Once the frame has been stopped, it goes to the filling section where the frame is further filled with supports making the frame steadfast for support and durability.

Weaving:
The precise holes are drilled where the uprights are inserted and artisans apply their creative weaving skills.

Finishing:
In order to have smooth surface finish, the cane is sanded with the grain. The choice of stain is selected and applied. The item is sanded again before the final coating.
