These are liquid and needed to be dried. The components of the ovens move continuously inside the oven through conveyor while operating of the oven. Infrared heaters are used to dry the components while it’s working. Jigs hanged over conveyor passes through length of oven where heating is done in air circulating environment. IR Bakes lacques from inside out reducing baking time and thus improve its quality. Fitted heaters are controlled to produce appropriate heat used in drying the component incredibly. Salt spray test & Rub test certify the quality of our precision engineered ovens.

Hardening and Tempering Plant

Hardening and Tempering Plant
