Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Policy Since our products represent the artistry and rich heritage of India, quality plays the most eminent and crucial part. Being an ISO 9001: 2000 (E)certified company, Asian handicrafts has developed a quality system, which fulfills all the requirements of international quality standards. We are accredited with international UL, C-UL & CE certification for all our lighting products. We have a separate quality control department, that is responsible for monitoring & controlling the quality of our products. The quality monitoring process consists of the following important processes : Initial inspection of raw material. 100% Inspection of goods during the process of production, finishing & packaging. Random inspection of ready merchandise before dispatch of each shipment. Control of non-confirming products. Corrective & preventive action. Maintenance of quality records. Internal quality audits. Infrastructure- production, warehousing, packaging and shipment With our head office situated in Mansarover garden( New Delhi) & newly built state-of -the- art 40,000 sq. ft factory in the industrial area of Gurgaon, we possesses all those facilities that make our export unit a successful one. We have a production capacity of over 200,000 pieces per month. Our production facility meets all the requirements of social compliance and are approved by various renowned buyers/agents and buying agencies. We have spacious warehouse facilities that ensures proper storing of products to maintain the quality. Packaging is done carefully to ensure easy and safe transportation of items to the destination. We have a reliable and well-coordinated transportation network that facilitates the delivery of products in the stipulated period.
